FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long will my carpets, rugs and upholstery take to dry?
Carpets and rugs take approximately 3 - 5 hours to dry, depending on the type of carpet. We leave the carpet 90% dry as our equipment extracts the most water possible.
Upholstery such as lounges and mattresses can take 4-6 hours to dry based on the type of fabric it is made from.

How soon before I can walk on the carpet?
Once the carpets are cleaned, they can be walked on straight away. Please note, the carpets will feel a bit damp, and we recommend
no shoes are to be worn on the freshly cleaned carpet.
Do you require power?
As our state of the art equipment is truck mounted, we do not use any power from your residence to operate our machine.

How often should I clean my carpets and lounge?
We recommend booking a professional steam clean every 6 months as vacuuming alone does not remove the bacteria and particles deep in the fibres of the carpet.
Your 6 month booking will also maintain the quality and condition of your carpet, rugs and lounges.

Are the chemicals you use toxic to children or animals?
We only use chemicals that meet the Australian safety standards, which are safe for children and pets.

What are your operating hours?
We operate Monday - Saturday from 7am to late. We also attend emergency call outs after hours and on Sundays.

Do you service my area?
We service all areas in greater Sydney, including the Blue Mountains, Penrith, Hawkesbury, Hills, Parramatta, Fairfield, Liverpool, Camden,
Wollondilly, Campbelltown, Sutherland, Ryde & Northern Beaches.
